Troubleshooting /Troubleshooting and supporting Balabit Products

The scope of the training
The goal of this training is to give SCB, SSB and syslog-ng PE experts the knowledge of troubleshoting and supporting Balabit products.

Who should attend the training?
To all Balabit Partners, whose task is to handle and maintain Balabit products and give first line support. At the end of the training attendees will be able to troubleshoot Balabit systems, find and correct errors, and submit error reports to the Balabit support centers.

Qualification needed for the training
Average IT knowledge
UNIX and Windows administration knowledge
At least on year experience in installing and maintaining Balabit Products
Having relevant certificates by passing the certified BalaBit product exams (Certified BalaBit SCB/SSB/syslog-ng Engineer)

Detailed troubleshootuing and Supporting training description
The training gives the most important knowledge required for SCB, SSB appliance maintenace and troubleshoot SCB, SSB and syslog-ng PE. On the training users will learn the architecture SCB and SSB appliances and troubleshoot them.

At the end of the training attendees will:
