LogRhythm Level 200 Classes

Before attending the classroom based LogRhythm pre-sales training partners should complete the online, self-paced modules that are available. Eventually there will be five modules, partners should complete all modules currently available before attending the below courses.

The LogRhythm Level 200 classes are run on a regular basis both in a classroom and online. The scheduled of courses is available from you LogRhythm channel representative and via the partner portal.

There are two courses to complete, Course 201: Selling the LogRhythm Solution and Course 202: Hands on the LogRhythm Solutions.


Course 201: Selling the LogRhythm Solutions

· 1 day class
· Instructed Channel Sales Engineer.

Pre-requisites:
Completion of all level 100 sales and/or technical modules.

Audience:
Existing channel sales engineers that want to expand knowledge of LogRhythm solutions; Level 200 class completion meets the training requirement for partners who must have a minimum number of sales engineers certified on an annual basis.

Content:
· How do we qualify the LogRhythm Solution
· In-depth of key differentiators, positioning, competitive analysis
· Key drivers, questions to ask
· The 15 Minute LogRhythm Pitch
· The 15 Minute Network Monitor Pitch
· High level end user training (based on use cases)
o Use cases will be highlighted that will outline LogRhythm’s key functionality
o Use cases will be “demo-able” within the Partner’s environment
o Use cases will not dive too deep into LogRhythm, but rather focus on key capabilities that are easy to demo

Outcome:
· Partners will be able to qualify a LogRhythm opportunity
· Partners will be able to give a short demo over several different prospect scenarios and use cases

Takeaways:
· Supporting business collateral: battle card, blueprint, visual use cases, Partner LADD, Scoping Document.
· The 15 Minute Pitch Slide Decks.




Course 202: Hands on the LogRhythm Solution’s

· 1 day class
· Instructed Channel Sales Engineer.
· Class may be taken in the following formats:
Classroom:
o 1 day class
o Schedule will be posted online; offered quarterly in each region
Virtual Class:
§ Class will be taught once every six weeks, over 2 days, 5 hours/day on consecutive Mondays

Pre-requisites:
Completion of all level 100 sales and/or technical modules.
Completion of all level 201 Qualification Course.

Audience:
Existing channel sales engineers that want to expand knowledge of LogRhythm solutions; Level 200 class completion meets the training requirement for Platinum level partners who must have a minimum number of sales engineers certified on an annual basis.

Content:
· Recap of key differentiators, positioning, competitive analysis
· Hands on LogRhythm Network Monitor
· LogRhythm Overview and Architecture
o Provides you with the pre-requisite foundation for all other training — an overview of LogRhythm Log and Event Management and basic
knowledge of:
o LogRhythm terminology
o LogRhythm log data hierarchy
o LogRhythm logical objects
o LogRhythm Knowledge Base
o LogRhythm Solution Architecture
· Analysis and Reporting
· Configuring and Managing Alarms
· Deployment Management
· Configuring LogRhythm Agents for Log Collection
· Security Administration

Outcome:
· Partners will have a broad understanding of LogRhythm architecture so that they can qualify customer opportunities
· Partners will be able to engage with LogRhythm System Engineers to scope and architect a LogRhythm solution for a prospective customer

Takeaways:
· Access to Partner Experience Center for introduction demonstration to LogRhythm
· Upon successful completion of test and demo at the end of the class, partner SE will become LogRhythm SE certified.
